Steve was grossly negligent retreating a root canal, which costed me the loss of tooth. And he had a nerve to blame it on a person who did the original procedure about 10 years ago and there was no issues since then. Saying that they did “crappy job”, quoting his exact words. I was devastated by the notion of loosing a tooth at the age of 30 and he said on that “things like that happen and people even get sick and die sometimes”, quoting his exact words. I went to him only on the recommendation of my dentist as a preventative measure due to a crown installation. I didn’t have any pain after the original root canal. Following Steve’s retreatment pain started shortly thereafter. Clearly this guy is lacking any accountability for his work. Nor did he offered a refund. Vehemently don’t recommend!!!

Dr Navarre and staff were very professional and helpful. They were quick to get me in. They were thorough in explaining fees and the diagnosis. The information given by doctor was spot on. Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Dr. Navarre if you need a root canal. He was caring, professional, and took time to explain every step of the procedure. I already knew what to expect with a root canal, as over the years other endodontists have done root canals for me, but Dr. Navarre was the best at making what is not a pleasant experience better for his patients. And, kudos to his assistant and office staff, as well. They were all great! 👍🏻

Can’t say enough great things about this practice. Scheduling team got me in as soon as possible and were very transparent about the potential costs of treatment. It was my first ever root canal, Dr. Navarre and team were very gentle and explanatory of the process, I so appreciate the care that they took when treating me!

Dr. Navarre is wonderful! I had to have a root canal and he explained every step as he was performing the procedure to make me feel comfortable. He is very friendly and caring, as well as, his staff. I definitely recommend him.
